3 AA Rosette Perthshire Head Chef Paul Burns will be teaming up with our Masterchef Willie Deans for the whole of December to provide a truly irresistable foody experience. Paul was Head Chef at The Balmoral, Airds Hotel and once upon a time Let's Eat under different ownership.

Willie and Margo welcome you to Deans at Let's Eat (Perth's Favourite Restaurant). The husband and wife team have taken up the reins of this prestigious Perth restaurant, since October 2005 and are pleased to announce the 2 AA Rosette status has been retained.

Master Chef of Great Britain, Willie, has a good repertoire of recipes which have brought him some top notch awards in his 25 years in the industry.

Willie describes his cooking as vibrant modern Scottish. The focus firmly on flavour and seasonability, most of his ingredients at Deans @ Let's Eat are sourced locally and quality is not compromised. All aspects of the dishes are freshly made with great attention to detail and shown in the homemade breads, sauces and chocolates to name but a few.

Opening Hours - Tuesday to Saturday

Lunch - 12pm last order 2pm

Dinner - 6.30pm last order 9.30pm

Closed on Sundays and Mondays (Special occasions catered for)
