It’s Graduation season and we are here to help you celebrate his special occasion with your loved ones in a special place. 
We have put together a special a special package for the occasion. 
Only a 3 – 4 minute walk from Perth Concert Hall

STARTER

Deans Twice baked cauliflower and Cheese Soufflé, mushrooms, leeks, onion mash  (v)

Slow cooked Duck Leg, herb dumplings, root crisps, orange and red wine

Pressed Terrine of West Coast Fish, grilled peppers and kombu, fennel mayonnaise

Fillets of Sole & wild Trout, lobster, coconut and saffron broth, potato gnocci, leeks   

Parmesan crumb Ayrshire Pork Loin, penne pasta, cheddar cheese and mustard cream, haricot vert, garlic butter

8Oz Orkney Sirloin Steak with hand cut chips, crisp fried onions, mushrooms, tomatoes, peppercorn sauce    (£5 Supplement)

Potted Moroccan Style Cous Cous, saffron and spices, barbeque roast pak choi   (v)

Rhubarb & Vanilla Creme, confit rhubarb, stem ginger and lemon balm ice
