About usWillie and Margo live in Auchterarder with their two sons Lee and Jamie. Willie Deans trained with the National Health Service for 5 years before moving on to The Irvine Hospitality Inn and then as Head Chef at Highgrove House Hotel in Troon. When his family came along he decided to work more stable hours and lectured in Glasgow for 7 years. At this time he was never out of the lime light as he competed all over the world with The Scottish Culinary Team. Willie has also worked in some of the most prestigious establishments in Scotland, Turnberry Hotel, Lochgreen in Troon, Auchterarder House Hotel and The Buttery in Glasgow. Willie and his team of Chefs work together with his wife Margo and a dedicated front of house team strive to make your experience at the restaurant one which you will remember Since taking over the restaurant “Let’s Eat” in October 2005, “Deans @ Let’s Eat” has become Perth’s favourite. Its warm atmosphere along with Traditional Scottish food cooked in an exciting “Modern way” explains it all. Our menu includes the best that Scotland has to offer from fresh vegetables to Prime Scotch Beef. Fresh Fish and Seafood, delivered daily, provides our Customers with the exquisite taste of the country’s coast. Seasonally available dishes, including Lamb and Venison are prepared with all the attention and care needed to achieve Supreme texture and taste. The restaurant seats 65 guests with a welcoming sofa area to enjoy a Cocktail or Aperitif, followed by a meal cooked fresh to order in the relaxed and comfortable restaurant.
