Grilled escalope of Halibut and Shetland Salmon, seared scallop, minted pea puree, coriander shoots
Miso glazed Pork Belly, wok fried oriental greens, King prawn, soya and sweet chilli
Pan fried Terrine of Savoie Ham, Artichokes and Beaufort Cheese, candied walnuts, quince chutney
Cheese & Apricot Soufflé, Stornoway black pudding, mash, red wine and tarragon sauce (v)
Tomato, Basil & Lentil Soup, ham hough, sun blush tomato soda bread  (v)

Peppered Chateaubriand Fillet Medallion, grelot onions, beef and chipolata cassoulet, gratin dauphinoise potatoes, rosemary creamed vegetables 
Rosemary butter basted bronze Norfolk Turkey with orange and pecan nut stuffing, thyme roast Roosters, cranberry gravy and all the trimmings     
Five spice roast loin of Angler Fish, tomato ravioli, smoked lobster, soy beans, mild coconut curry fumé
Loin of Ochil Venison brassicas, bacon and chestnuts, Swiss cheese dauphinoise, red cabbage puree, apple and red wine sauce
Puff pastry Pithivier of Mushrooms, tarragon, tomatoes and cream, chargrilled vegetables and potatoes (v)
