Starters

Shetland Scallops on a lobster, potato and lemon mayonnaise, pancetta crumbs, cardamom and apple crisps 
 
Troon Bay Fish & King Prawn Curry, coconut cream, wok fried vegetables, soya, sweet chilli, crispy crackers
 
Open Tarragon Lasagna of slow cooked and pink Mallard Duck, port and brambles, apple puree, red belly baby onions   
 
Twice Baked Cauliflower and Cheese Soufflé chestnut mushrooms, tarragon cream, garlic mash (v)
 
Tomato Broth with peperonata and basil pesto, fragrant rice, garlic croutons  (v)


Main Courses

Peppered Chateaubriand Beef Fillet Medallion, honeyed root puree, creamed vegetable and rosemary crumble, chipolata onion gravy 
 
Rosemary butter basted bronze Norfolk Turkey with orange and pecan nut stuffing, thyme roast Roosters, cranberry gravy and all the trimmings     
 
Fillet of Rock Bass, creamed leeks, smoked haddock, King prawns, vegetable pappardelle glazed with vine tomato butter, crushed salt baked purple potatoes
 
Loin of Ochil Venison on a red cabbage, carrot compote, smoked celeriac puree, black pudding potato gratin, raspberry game gravy
 
Baked Truckle Cheddar Cheesecake, red onion marmalade, oaty biscuit base, pan fried potatoes, haricot beans, pine nuts  (v)


Desserts

Our Own Aged Christmas Pudding flamed with Armangnac brandy, Tonka bean ice, caramel sauce, custard
 
Iced Terrine of Strawberry, Lychee & Rose, air dried raspberry caramel wafer, gooseberry compote, coconut & white chocolate cremeux
