This year we are opening especially for Father's Day on Sunday the 18th of June, to give you the perfect opportunity to treat your Father and show them how much they mean to you.

Chef’s hors deuvre comprising; House pate with spicy grape chutney, smoked Salmon parcel with lobster cous cous mayonnaise, Parma Ham and apple puree, salad greens


Pink fillet of line caught Trout on bacon and saffron creamed leaks, King prawn tempuras, lemongrass vinaigrette

Sliced Duckling with pan fried free range egg, pan fried potatoes, streaky bacon, croutons and red wine

 Sticky Barbecue Chicken and Arborio Rice Risotto with tangy orange syrup, aged parmesan scrolls

Dad’s slow cooked Beef, Ale and mushroom Stew with onion mash potato, mushy peas and cauliflower cheese puree

Pan fried fillet of Halibut served in a lime leaf tomato and lobster broth, harissa poached potatoes, seasons asparagus, young spinach and scallop

Roast saddle of Spring Lamb on crushed minted mayonnaise potatoes, barley, Summer vegetables and onion gravy

Breast of free range Chicken wrapped in Parma ham, black pudding and crisp filo pastry, gratin potatoes, deep fried cumin carrots, peppercorns and cream

 Petit Ratatouille, tomato and oregano Lasagne with tomato and basil salad, vierge dressing     (v)


 Iced Mango Terrine with glayva caramel, warm poached fruit and berries

Deans Perthshire Strawberry Plate with little cinnamon doughnuts

Soaked Lemon Sponge Caramel Pot with passionfruit and marshmallow ice
