STARTER

Twice baked Cheese Soufflé on MacSween’s Haggis, potato pure, onion and white wine cream (v)

Chef’s Duo of Fish comprising: Whitefish, Lobster and Salmon Terrine, rocket and coriander salad, saffron mayonnaise; Troon Bay Fish, King Prawn and pink prawn Cocktail

Seared Shetland Scallops in a lemongrass and tomato broth, spruce oil and garden herbs   (£1.95 Supplement)

MAIN COURSE

Roast Rib of Orkney Beef and Yorkshire Pudding, goose fat rooster potato mash, cauliflower cheese, vegetable pancake, red wine gravy 

Roast fillet of Sole with leeks and smoked bacon lemon puree, Winter greens, ratte potatoes, Riesling and salmon cream 

Breast of free range Chicken and burnt onion seasoning on Jasmine fragrant rice, mild curry and coconut cream, wok fried pak choi, pimentos, almond and sultana naan

Highland Steer Burger served in toast Brioche Bun, hand cut chips, carrot slaw, and your choice of toppings

Toppings: Cheese, Bacon, Caramelised Onions, Barbecue Sauce

Pink Loin of Venison on slow cooked casserole, haricot beans, baby onions, beetroot, creamed Winter roots

Chateaubriand Medallion of Aged Beef Fillet with hand cut chips, crisp fried onions, vine tomatoes, café ketchup and peppercorn sauce (£3.95 Supplement)
