This family run restaurant in Perth, Scotland is constantly pushing gastronomic boundaries using the latest advancements in cooking technology to offer our customers a unique, special dining experience.We want to give our guests it all... exciting, tasty food in a relaxed, fun environment. Great wines, quirky Cocktails and esteemed Scottish whisky. 

The Food is all locally sourced using only the Best suppliers in Perth and around Scotland. Seasonal foraging by Jamie Deans is a passion of his along with growing his own vegetables, flowers and fruits. 

Our Cocktail Bar offers equally as exciting serves to aid the fulfillment of even the most serious social media accounts. We also hold a Wine List of over 100+ bottles to raise the eyebrows of seasoned Sommelier's. 

Jamie has spent a number of years at Gleneagles 5 Star Hotel and 2 Michelin starred Andrew Fairlie Restaurant honing his skills and at the young age of 27 years he brings a whole host of new cooking techniques to your table. 

Learning from only the best, Jamie was taught a huge wealth of his skills from his father, Willie Deans who has seen a number of accolades over the years including AA Best Restaurant in Scotland, Scottish Chef of the Year, gained Michelin star status and won numerous Gold medals at the Culinary Olympics. His venture has seen him now regarded as Perth's best restaurant over the last decade.
